Media request templates

The following templates may be used on article talk pages to request the addition of particular types of media files. See the individual templates for usage notes. Specific templates are indented under the more general templates and, where possible, the most specific template should be used.

Audio

• {{Audio requested}} – general audio:
  • {{Music requested}} – music.
    • {{Musical instrument requested}} – musical instruments.
  • {{Spoken article requested}} – spoken article text.
  • {{Pronunciation audio requested}} - article title pronunciation audio requested.

Images

• {{Image requested}} – general image requests by category.
  • {{Chart requested}} – template-based charts and graphs.
  • {{Diagram requested}} – technical drawings and schematic images (use a more specific template where possible):
  • {{Logo requested}}.
    • {{Tvimage}} – TV show or channel production logo.
  • {{Map requested}}.
    • {{Global map requested}} – maps of the entire Earth.
  • {{Photo requested}} – specifically for photographic images.
  • Screenshots:
    • {{Image requested|of=screeshots [about...]}} if not more specific screenshot template available bellow.
    • {{WikiProject Film}} – use parameter needs-image=yes
    • {{WikiProject Software}} – use parameter needs-image=yes
